Summer fun

Here's some recent pics of what we've been doing for fun this summer.  With a pool in the backyard we swim almost every day.  John installed a pool cover to keep the pool clean and the kids safe (not pictured).  It heats up the pool so swimming in the evening has been very nice.  Ashley has become used to the water and loves to swim with Dad.  She has her own pink tube now that she'll float around in and kick and have fun.
Both kids love to hang on to Dad and William is getting better at swimming from John to the edge, etc.

He also love to jump in and lately jumps without goggles or a tube/water wings.
We tried out a new park the other night.  I sat at the picnic table to take pictures and rest.  John played with the kids.  They had lots of fun and William begs every night "maybe tomorrow we can go to the park."
Apparently there were bad guys and a need for Jedis.
 The happy trio.
Other things we've been doing are going to the library for story time, going to the movies for $2, making ice cream, fixing things around the house and running errands.
I had another ultrasound last week to check on my low placenta.  The US tech said the placenta had moved up and was in a great position.  The baby was healthy and things look good.  We're excited for baby #3!
John is doing well at work and we feel very blessed to be here.

  1. Sounds like you are adjusting to life in Arizona. Glad to hear that baby #3 is doing great. Hope you are feeling good also.
