Summer (my favorite season) is winding down. Why do I love summer? Sunshine, warmth, laid back days, hiking, swimming, boating, morning runs with John, lemonade, the smell of cut grass, evening walks by the river, vacations, visiting friends, BBQs, day trips to explore the beauty around us, splash pads, ice cream, gardening, and more I can't think of right now. We had a great summer! These pictures are the last hurrah of summer as we move into autumn (my second favorite season).
