Fourth of July

The fourth of July started early as do all mornings these days--waking up with our 3 month old alarm clock. We attended a flag-raising and pancake breakfast ward activity. Then we went downtown Corvallis for the parade. Some of the parade highlights were: half the town of Corvallis decked out in red, white and blue riding bikes, razors or walking (the other half was watching from the sidewalk), old tractors, a horse-drawn buggy, some llamas, a few classy chassies, a couple of trucks advertising local businesses, and a firetruck. Oh wait--that was the parade. It was a great little parade and not too long.
