After months of Craigs List-browsing, blue book-checking and money-saving we purchased our first ever Clarke Family minivan. It's a 2005 blue Dodge Caravan; 7 seater. John is so excited to have AC, William is thrilled to look out the front window (hopefully that will help us avoid future bouts of carsickness), and I'm glad I don't have to fall into the front seat anymore. We do miss our '91 Corolla, but she's parked down the street and now belongs to our neighbor, so we will see her everyday--she's a good little car. I drove the van home from Portland (where we purchased it) and it drives great. We are now looking forward to our summer trips to Seattle and Salt Lake at Christmas!!
