Last week we took Ashley's friend with us on a walk to Deep Creek. It was a beautiful day! Deep Creek is a seasonal creek that empties into the Spokane River. My kids love playing on the sandy beach, wading in the water and catching little fish. It's a fairly popular spot and a short walk from the trailhead. We took a group picture on the bridge that crosses the creek before we played below.
We
went on another long hike this week and had fun. This time we saw lots
of bikes, a fisherman and walked quickly passed the shooting range cuz
guns are loud!
